Technology Business Services Manager, Evergreen Investments

This position is responsible for managing 3 teams to support all Evergreen corporate internet and intranet sites. Responsibilities include setting technical web strategy and facing off to the Evergreen Chief Marketing Officer in support of all on-line strategies.

Understanding technical and social trends in the on-line channel as well as business drivers in the asset management industry are key to the success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
*B.A. or B.S degree with an information technology or business focus required, MBA or M.S. preferred
*Minimum of 6 years leading a team, with the ability to oversee software developers
*Proven ability to plan technical platform strategy with infrastructure peers
*Proven ability to communicate effectively with and influence senior Marketing management about asset management industry and web domain trends
*At least 6 years experience working within a web development environment, preferably a Java environment with a robust Content Management and Web Publishing system
*Knowledge of web standards, design and usability, and common web and application architectures
* 10 years experience supporting asset management or financial services organizations.
* A solid understanding of the web development process, including requirements gathering, design, development tools and technologies, QA and deployment management.
* Strong interpersonal skills that include team-building, problem solving and conflict resolution.
