Web Developer
* B.S. In Computer Science or other quantitative field
* 2+ years experience with Ruby, PHP (C, C++, Perl, Python are cool too)
* Strong knowledge of: JS, CSS, AJAX
* OO programming experience. Knowledge of ORM, ActiveRecord
* Solid foundation with MySQL or Postgres
* You like Yoshi

Senior Web Developer
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (M.S /Ph.D. in CS a plus)
* UNIX/Linux expert, know your way around a server
* Knowledge of ORM, Active Record
* MySql Expert (complex databases & tuning knowledge)
* Production level website optimization experience (kcachegrind, etc…)
* Experience with Apache, Subversion
* Knowledge of Memcached, RESTful APIs
* Working knowledge of JS, AJAX, Prototype JS framework, XHTML, CSS
